IT Trainer - Oxfordshire
Experienced IT trainer required for established worldwide software house based in Oxfordshire. Our client are a award winning organisation which protects businesses from viruses and spam. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the provision of training courses and training material for company employees to help them make the most of the company`s IT systems. These include both standard applications such as Microsoft Word and Lotus Notes, and in-house developed applications. The role will involve: Developing and delivering bespoke training courses for standard and in-house applications. Understanding the company`s business practices and how these are handled within the in-house systems. Writing training material for publication on the Intranet. Providing training material for overseas offices.
You will be experienced in developing training material and courses and have a proven record in delivering courses. You will have a good command of the English language and will be comfortable addressing both technical and non-technical audiences. A willingness to learn is essential as you will be required to learn about business applications developed in-house and provide training as part of their roll-out.
